Shipping

Most orders fulfilled the same day as the order was received and collected by the shipping carrier on the next business day. At present we only ship by ground transport to the US and Canada. US shipping is only available to the lower 48 states (Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico are not included). 

Delivery

We understand that oftentimes you may need your ScentOPuck™ right away. Therefore, we strive to get them packaged and sent out as quickly as possible!  This is continually our focus and our fulfillment time has never been quicker and more responsive.  

When your order is fulfilled you will get a confirmation email notification with the shipping carrier tracking information.
